Frequently Asked Questions

  • Start with a Fundamentals 2-class trial for $30. Register for a Level 1 class at their respective grade.

  • The core skills in volleyball are hitting, serving, and passing, We pepper in other skills as the athletes progress over time.

    Drills are focused on training reactions properly. It often is a slow drill and progression in intensity/difficulty to a level just before a technique is compromised. Repeat and add variations to improve athlete skill execution.

  • Once you create an account, you will need to sign up through Mindbody before attending class. Anytime you are looking to attend class, please book online first.

  • Our program is flexible in that athletes are not required to participate in the same time slots/classes every week. Athletes can come as often as they like to the classes they are eligible for, their respective grades and levels. Athletes who want to get better faster come 3+ times a week.

    There are two pass options. A 10 and 20 with expiry dates of 6 months and 12 months, respectively.

    Only the 20-pass package can be shared between family members.

  • Indoor shoes are a must! A water bottle. Knee pads are recommended but not necessary. If they are relatively new to volleyball we would recommend a long sleeve shirt to practice in. It can take some time for them to learn to bump correctly, as such their arms can be sore as they learn.

    It is usually the case that parents are able to stay and watch the practice depending on the location.

    In Aurora and Markham, you are not permitted to enter the gym with outdoor shoes.

  • Our programs are organized by levels. If you’re new, please book at your child's respective grade and at level 1. Only staff pre-approved athletes are permitted into level 2 or higher.

    If your child wants to attend a level 2 intermediate class, please contact us and we see if you’re eligible to participate.

  • As of now we do have a 'games' class for the Level 2 athletes only, as athletes need to develop their ball handling skills first to a point where a game can be played.
